I had a problem with returning some clothes and the customer service team were amazing. I won't try to order from them again.I ordered exact same t-shirt in 2 colors, black and white. Wow, was I plesently surprised! and they keep sending catalogs that are expensive and they just go directly in the trash! 1.
Horrible quality. All the times I've called and emailed they just shook me off, like, "we are seeing it on our end, just place and order-it will work."
I was disappointed because I found that the 38 was a bit too small so the 39 would probably have been perfect.
I have, however, received surveys asking me what I thought about my purchase.

To my surprise a pink label was showing 25% off using a code C65T on the page with the dress. Most importantly, the quality of the products is incredible.
Buyer beware, this is not a good way to do business.I agree incredibly poor customer service - I tried to purchase over $150 of merchandise and use a Rue la la coupon for $50 off that I paid $35 for - instead I got an email from Susan Joyce- from their financial dept telling me the coupon expired the day before and they would not honor it - so instead of giving me $15 credit since I paid $35 for the coupon I cancelled the entire order and will never order from them again - too many great on-line retailers and Boden was too short sighted to honor a coupon! Dress fit perfectly. Love Boden clothes for my daughters. The kids clothes I could use as hand me downs for my other kids, and they still looked good. I've never had issue ordering from JCrew, Nordstroms, or even Target. Above all their customer service is hands down the best around. and they keep sending catalogs that are expensive and they just go directly in the trash!
The T-Shirts. Visit this website I am going to keep it and stretch it when I dry it. Unfortunately, the first shipment came with 2 boxes, but only one box had a packing slip/return label. I called and customer service said the prices were full price and I could get 30% off those prices. I keep sending them back to no avail.We could all do with MUCH less stuff including junk mail. I haven't ordered at all in a couple years but they keep sending me catalogs anyway- they should check their system and stop the junk mail! The two other items were shipped. Well made, individual clothing for men, women and children. I honestly can’t think of one year where Ive gotten an item that didn’t fade after a few washes or the thread coming loose.Dont even get me started on the clearance section! The frustration from it just sometimes doesn't worth the whole experience.Gotta agree with the other posters. Fantastic custom invitations. Tried to order with dress with the promo code, would not take the 25% off. I love their clothes. Why not have shipment tracking, like every other company? Don't trust this company!
It happened to me that I returned one item and US post office tracking system shows package is delivered to agent on July 9, 2018.

Shoot, I think I just posted my review under Boden UK instead of USA. Unique and beautiful gifts for all ages. Credit is never issued back to my charge card. Quality of roll neck very good and customer service could not be better.
The quality is outstanding, although my one quibble is the angora in so many of their sweaters (I'm allergic). If I had pots and pots of cash, I would probably buy all of my on Boden's customer service, because my multiple experiences have all been positive. The quality seems solid, they use natural fibers and I like the styles. I am most concerned that two identical t-shirts have different fit. My favorite place to shop, I love the style, cut and prints used every season.

Both have holes/tears this is all after less than a few washes!!! Sizing issue is the one that makes me think twice before I order anything from them. I’ve had discount retailer clothes hold up better for a fraction of the cost of their crap I had to call them to request my refund. Great customer service!!
For my troubles they said they were giving me "$30 credit". Decided to have a look because my daughter suggested it. Visit this website Fine, I said, where would this credit be? They rep was nice and apologized. Always swift delivery and fantastic quality. Boden is rated 5.0 based on 2 reviews . I just called their customer service tonight: zero wait time, the person is U.S.-based and was extremely friendly and apologetic, and they're sending me the next size up via expedited shipping. Even on sale, the prices are too high.
