When there are kids shows at the Arena, management should schedule for busier lunch times.We live right down the street from this Chili's and hubby and I like the food and atmosphere so we will come here every few months, every time we come we have a horrible service experience though so we've been coming less and less. At a point in time we had a different waitress come check on us after not being checked on for 20 minutes.
