Just a few of the negatives: my speaker was stolen from the workout room, the hallways constantly smelled like dogs, urine, and weed, every morning (including weekends) I could hear my neighbor's blender at 6 AM, my car was towed from my own spot during my first month of living there (because management had assigned me to an already used spot), my dishwasher broke every time I used it, the other residents were unfriendly, and it's a very sketchy neighborhood (check out all of the aggravated assaults on crime maps).
