I also found the exact dialogue interesting, and have enjoyed Googling some of the terms used, turning up whole new avenues that I was not aware of in the study of material culture. It s 1790 and there is riot and revolution in the air. No matter how many times I watch I still get lost in the story and performances. Loved it all. The whole Poldark series is great. Something seemed off. Ross Poldark is passionate about turning round the fortunes of his late father's estate. There was an error retrieving your Wish Lists. Was saddened that Francis had to die; happy that Ross/Demelza have a son; angry at Ross for being unfaithful to Demelza (what a jerk); relieved that Demelza couldn't go through with her payback scheme; very happy that Ross's cousin (sorry, her name escapes me at the moment) appears happy in her life with marriage and motherhood; and sooooo looking forward to season 3!
