I’ve caught a few films previously which featured a lot on cuisine too, such as Initially, I thought this is just a simple Japanese-Singapore love story connected through food. It was heartening to watch this part being featured and touched upon. Yes, the director is indeed good with food. I was in heaven. I guess I’ll have a bowl of soup instead of popcorn as I watch on! I’ve loved Ramen since I was a little girl and this movie sounds like a fascinating experience. However, it is more than that.
