They made a very big deal about us being first time customers; meaning they thanked us numerous times, asked us how we liked the restaurant so far, and even comped a few small fees. When I have meals like this, I like to eat my rice, veggies and meat all at once. Sometimes hard to get in for dinner due to reservations only.

A little pricy though.We dont come here often but when we do it never disappoints! The bill was surprising no more than $70. Love this place!I got the chicken teppanyaki and it was fantastic. If I were to wait to eat them all together, part of my meal would have been cold. There is a nice show that you see with the prep work and cooking. I was astonished. The owner was clearly passionate about people having fun in his restaurant, and we most certainly did. Service was A++ very well trained and attentive. So delicious and never gets old!! He was also very attentive, and took such care in making sure the meal was cooked perfectly. The owner is so welcoming and fun.I have been here a few times now and have always enjoyed the food. I left feeling full, but I didn't enjoy that it seemed each piece of the meal was cooked very separately. The gentlemen at the front desk asked if we had a reservation to which we replied we are just walk ins. Will definitely go back next time I am in Marshfield.Royal Tokyo has been a favorite of mine for years. All was great.Ok. I would recommend the fillet as it has always been good.
The food was absolutely amazing, yet the appetizers of soup and salad had me half full before the main course came, but even the leftovers were delicious. I took a plunge after a bad hibachi experience in Tennessee, which turned me off completely to hibachi, mandarin, and Oriental food in general. Place was busy. Stay safe and healthy. We did have someone who was GF at the table, and that may have played into it. Call ahead as they have seatings so it pays to make a reservation. Tables are arranged to seat 8. Cool to see the first time or two, however in 10+ years it hasn't changes, time to spice it up chefs!
